The agreement, in plain language.

By using our Instagram bot, our content, or our site, you agree to the following. If you don't agree, simply don't use them.

1. Scope

These terms apply to:

• Our Instagram account and any automated responses from it
• Our website at video-library-of-alexandria.com
• Digital products we sell (e.g., Reading Anybody)

2. What we offer

Library of Alexandria publishes educational content on behavioral psychology, communication, and how to read people. We deliver:

• Free public content on social media
• Paid digital products (PDF guides, courses)
• Automated conversational support via Instagram

3. Bot interactions

Our Instagram bot reacts to specific keywords in DMs and comments. Responses are algorithmically generated based on predefined conversation flows. For complex questions we route you to human support via email.

You can end any automated conversation by sending STOP.

4. Purchases

When the bot directs you to a sales page and you purchase there:

• The purchase contract is governed by the terms of that sales page
• EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal
• For digital downloads, this right expires once the download begins (with your explicit consent)

5. What you must not do

• Send spam, abuse, or illegal content to the bot
• Attempt to manipulate the bot (prompt injection, social engineering, etc.)
• Try to extract data about other users
• Redistribute our paid content without permission

Violation results in your Instagram account being blocked in our system.

6. What we don't guarantee

• Availability. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or Meta-side issues.
• Response quality. Algorithms can misinterpret. For anything important, contact info@video-library-of-alexandria.com.
• Substitute for professional advice. Our content does not replace psychological, legal, medical, or financial counsel.

7. Liability

• We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence
• For paid products: maximum liability is the price you paid
• For free bot use: no liability for lost profits or consequential damages

8. Privacy

Separately documented in our Privacy Policy.

9. Closing provisions

• Governing law: Germany
• Place of jurisdiction: Defendant's place of business if you are a merchant; consumer's choice otherwise
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect
